Included Facilities
From noon on Friday to noon on Sunday:
1. Pavilion
- Main area (with sound system)
- Bridal Party/Groomsmen room for changing and relaxing
- Kitchen
- Bathrooms
2. BBC Cabin (sleeps 30)
3. Bathhouse – showers and restrooms
4. Shelters – for those interested in camping (sleeps 70)
Our overnight facilities hold up to 100 persons.
Our day facilities hold up to 299 persons
An additional fee is charged for day groups’ larger than 100 persons
Included Activities
1. Supplies for campfire and s’mores (indoor or outdoor)
2. Disc Golf
3. Kayak & Canoe at the pond
4. Water Slide
5. Camp Activities (Gaga, 9-square, B-ball court, Tetherball, etc)
6. Picnic Tables
7. Metal folding chairs, or white lawn chairs
Cost
$6000 for full weekend and facility rental.
$600 cleaning deposit. (Refundable if you would like to clean according to Bethany Birches’ Standards)
$1000 security deposit (refundable if no damage to facilities)
$500 port-a-potty fee for groups over 100 persons.
Insurance: you must either add the camp as additional insured for the weekend on your homeowner’s policy or buy a one-time coverage (it’s usually about $100). We will arrange that for you if you do not have a homeowner’s policy.
Don’t fret about the price! Many couples see this price and forget that they are actually paying for all of their friends and family’s lodging. Some couples prefer to ask each of their overnights guests to pay a fee. (Suggested: $15/person for rustic shelters, $25/person for the 30 person Cabin)

Day Package

The camp is yours from 9am till 9pm. For an additional cost you can rent out the pavilion and grounds the day before for set up/rehearsal.
