Cooperation Course — $35 /per group

Snow Tubes — $6 /per person – per day

• The Camp is available for use by groups when camp program is not scheduled. There is a 2 night minimum on weekends. Other minimums as listed. These rates not available for weddings. See wedding packages sheet.
• We have partnered with schools and churches by providing food service, leading games and activities, offering one of our many program resources or even our expertise. How can we help make your gathering, retreat, or program a success?  Let us know what you’re trying to achieve in the description on the reserve a date form.
• Renting all of the above accommodates 109 people overnight. If you need to accommodate more than 109 people, you can do that during the day but not overnight. up to 299 are allowed during the day and a portable toilet charge will be negotiated based on number of persons. A portable toilet is needed for each 10 people over the max. 1 – 4 toilets are $140 each. 5 or more toilets are $100 each.
• Children under 2 stay for free.
• 9% Vermont Meals and Rooms tax will be added to all groups.
• Cleaning fees are added. They are refundable if you would like to clean after your stay by completing the tasks listed on the cleaning sheets.  We will send that to you in advance if you would like that.  Simply ask the BBC staff person you are working with.
  • $230 for camping facility
  • $230 for pavilion kitchen
  • $115 for BBC cabin
• Security deposits are taken for new groups. $500 for pavilion/camping groups and $200 for BBC Cabin.
• Proof of insurance required for weddings and large pavilion/ camping groups.
